• .ips Crash Log Files: When you import .ips files from your iPhone’s Analytics Data, PanicFix analyzes these files locally on your device to identify hardware issues. These files may contain device information (e.g., model, iOS version) and crash details.
• Email Communication (Optional): If you use the “Request Deeper Analysis” feature, you may choose to send .ips files to our support team via email. This may include your email address and any additional information you provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data you provide solely to deliver PanicFix’s functionality:

• Crash Log Analysis: .ips files are processed locally to generate diagnostic reports and repair suggestions.
• Support Requests: If you email us .ips files for deeper analysis, we use them to improve the app’s diagnostic capabilities and provide personalized support. We do not share or sell this data.

3. Data Storage and Security

- Local Processing: All .ips file analysis occurs on your device. No data is stored on our servers unless you explicitly send it via email.
- Email Attachments: If you send .ips files to mrcreator1software@gmail.com, they are stored securely and used only for analysis. We delete these files after processing unless further action is required (e.g., app updates).
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect any data you share, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

PanicFix integrates with the following third-party services:

• iFixIt: Links to repair guides on iFixIt. No personal data is shared with iFixIt.
• X: Links to our developer account (@mrcreator1) for updates and support. No data is shared with X.
• Apple’s Mail Framework: Used for the “Request Deeper Analysis” feature. Your email client handles the data, and we only receive what you choose to send.

6. Your Choices

- You can choose not to import .ips files or send them for analysis.
- You can clear analyzed data within the app using the “Clear” button.
- If you’ve sent data to us, you may request its deletion by emailing mrcreator1software@gmail.com.

7. Children’s Privacy

PanicFix is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have such data, please contact us immediately.
